Affection Section

HISTORY:

Encounter tame domestic animals like goats, sheep, pigs, and chickens as well as special guest animal encounters. Great time for young and old!

LOCATION:

At Rafiki's Planet Watch at Disneys Animal Kingdom. Pass through the Habitat Habit trails towards the Conservation Station, turn left and continue down the path towards the animal enclosure area.

ATTRACTION EXPERIENCE:

Kids love this section. They can brush the goats or stroke them. There is a covered outdoors section for animal encounters.

Can be hot and not as enjoyable during the parts of the day when the sun is high as the area is all outside. The animals like to keep in the sheltered covered areas of shade, which are off limits to visitors so consider this if visiting.

There is a hand washing area before leaving his section. Use it, but watch out for splashes!
